Retail terms of offer

1. Guarantees are only valid on production of the appropriate receipt.

2. Guarantees are only valid on blinds and awnings fitted by our fitters.

3. Fabrics cannot be guaranteed to be cleanable against the effects of nicotine.

4. All blinds and awnings are supplied on the understanding that the fitting surface is of sufficient quality to enable us to fit the product. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

All window blinds are made smaller than the window recess in order that they fit and operate smoothly; clearances are usually only fractions of an inch. The fabric width of a roller blind will be 1.5 inches less than the window recess.

A free measuring service is provided and no liability can be accepted for the non-fitment of blinds supplied in accordance with a customer's own measurements.

Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours from the date of order.
